Hi families! I’m Ms. Ysa (Ysabel Ortiz), originally from Caracas, Venezuela. With a bachelor’s and master’s degree in education and 15 years of experience teaching in private schools, I make learning fun and hands-on!
In Coral Springs and Parkland, children can join our Little CEOs Academy (K–5th grade), where they create their own mini business. On Tuesday evenings, I offer Little Scientist STEAM workshops and Little Chefs cooking classes at The Motherhood Village (TMV). I also host science parties at Sugar Sand and TMV!
I’m especially passionate about our STEM Science Pod for homeschool families, where we meet twice a week for 90 minutes. Children explore science topics in English and Spanish and receive certificates showing the standards we cover—perfect for tracking their learning and building their portfolios.
This October, we’ll be cooking Mexican recipes and celebrating with a special Día de los Muertos experience! Classes are taught in English, except at TMV, where they are bilingual.
